Hi Todd

I may be mixing terms, but generally a wash is used to fill in deep
areas, and provide depth. With glazing, a slightly thicker wash is used
to add some color to the whole surface. So the faces were a bit too pink
to start. I used a wash applied to the higher areas to blend the colors
a bit.

I have added some more detail to the faces, and I will try to get more
pics up. I added some beard growth to the figures using a similar kind
of glaze. I think the idea is that you shift hue (colour) with a glaze,
whereas a wash is used to hit the shadow areas.

Other definitions of the terms are welcome!
