I made the headsets just from some scraps I had laying around. The earmuffs were cut and shaped by hand from .010 stryene sheet, glued onto some safety wire. The microphones were made from strip and rod styrene. I stripped the wiring out of the inside of some thin multi-strand wire I had laying around.

Not perfect, but they really look great inside the tank. I'm not 100% sure I have the wiring on them correct, but it does seem to match the photos I found of them.
