Hi Paul
You can get them at hardware or craft stores.
It's a sponge with one side covered in sandpaper (but washable and durable).
I have a whole bunch of them in various grades. You can easily wash them out, and they don't tear up like regular sand paper. The flexible backing means you can work on curved surfaces easily.
