To add to Andrew's comments, because they are wet when you use them, there is almost no plastic 'dust' from dry sanding, instead you get balls of particals for easy clean up (unless you let it dry then its back to being dust). Its sort of like using Wet version of drypaper. I like them better than files or emery boards as they are far more durable. The one in my picture is my favorite one, but I have all kinds of different grades. You can often find them in craft stores as Andy mention, but generally you pay more that way. Go to Home Depot or the eqiv hardware store and they normally carry all different kinds of them. 3M makes a bunch of them as well. The one in the picture actually has a sanding surface on both sides with the sponge part in the middle. I keep a little bucket of water on the floor by my desk and leave them soaking in them until I need it.
