hi John,
We do the casting for MPD so I have to do a little correction on the type of material. You stated cast expanded resin parts. We actually use a 70D
Tan urethane resin and add Micro Ballons to the mix to keep the weight down. The term expanded resin is commonly used for expanded resin foams
As we do all of custom dioramics polyfoam line of kits with that type of
foam. Mike at MPD had a talbe next to us at the IPMS nationals and his sculpting work is fantastic I hope to see more kits like these in the future.
