Maybe Not

Can you believe all these parts fit in such a tiny box? Man, there are tons of parts (and I’m not pulling them all out just to count them). The instruction manual has XXX steps! So much for a simple build. But the detail is really overwhelming.

There are a few items that are so impressive I have to mention them up front. First is the instruction manual. Unlike most resin kits, this one is a step by step arrangement with a color photo for each step. Painting instructions are included as well. Super huge bonus points to Accurate Armour for taking this approach. The kit is daunting but it is much less so by having a step by step approach laid out.

Second is the figures. These are listed a being specifically for this Land Rover so I expected them to fit. What I did not expect is that Accurate Armour would go a step further and actually have the seats molded right into the figures, replacing the kit parts. What an absolutely great idea! No more worrying about the figure hovering over the seat or not getting him positioned right. I would strongly encourage other manufacturers to look at this approach and copy it.
