I didn't mean to imply that either. I just aid that starting and finishing a model during the theme months was not a requirement.
Also every theme month sponsor will have different requirements. I just happen to be running this one. The last ones were run by other people and had absolutely nothing to do with me.
Mike, you should run a figure theme for example. Then you could make your own requirements.
