Hello Paul, I am way late but just about ready to submit my entry.
I found my login info, so I will upload myself.
My Q is about the pics. I use a Canon D-30, so the pics d/l'ed straight from the camera are LARGE! Cropped, and as jpegs, it looks like they will be about 600k per pic. IIRC, they are about 150dpi. Forgot to check pixel size, but I believe they will be about 2000 pixels wide. I know you recommend no resizing, but...
Anyway, if you want my to resize before uploading, let me know what max pixel sizes you want. I agree it would be best if the pics are only resized once, but maybe it would be best if I do it before uploading?
