Mike, I am not aware of that voting method. It's just one vote per person if you have a model entered in the theme.
This is just supposed to be a fun thing, I don't like laying on a bunch of rules and stuff like that, it'll ruin the fun...
The process is really simple really: if you have a model entered in the theme just post a message here stating the model you like the best, and why, etc. Then the model with the greatest number of votes wins. If there's a tie then we'll deal with that later :-)
