Nah, they dont scare me. I know I am not going to win anyway, its a given. The reason I usually dont enter is I dont have anything ready that fits the theme. For example. When the Pacific Theater was announced, I had a Purshing almost done, but doesnt fit. Then I finished a Marader II. Unfortuantly the secret shippment of Maraders to Japan was sunk. Now I am almost done with an ISU-152... I dont think the Russians sent them east.
On the other hand, I enjoy all the contest entries that come out of the woodwork... even if most of them belong to Michael Bedard ;) |
