| Here is a picture of the original Tamiya wheels and track tension problem, which I discovered in the 2000 dry-fit. There should be more sag with the tracks just touching the center roadwheel. I've since replaced the wheels but not addressed the track tension. To give the suspension as much strength as possible, I used a piece of coat hanger wire as a solid rear axle (glued in-place), so I can't move the idler wheels independently of one another. That should be fun to fix. |
