Is there any interest in this? There was only one person who actually showed some interest, and I wouldn't consider him a "beginner".
If there is no interest now then the next contest will just be "Light Tanks" and the award will just be a kit... on the other hand the award for a "Beginners" contest will be more substantial... like $500 credit at a major online vendor ;-)
Just trying to open up the hobby and these contests to everyone.
