Hiya Paul ,

Yes I should have told how I did the welds oops. I take a D shaped knife blade turn upside down I scrape a small channel with the tip. Then I take Testors red putty I believe its just auto body filler in a tube. I mix a blob of the red putty on a scrap piece od plastic with liquid plastic glue testors also with a toothpick to a nice slurry about 1/2 and 1/2.I then dab the slurry with the toothpick tip into the groove one tiny dot at a time very fast . If it gets off a bit I dont worry ,I do try to stay in groove at best.Because of the liquid glue it dries fast I immediately start scrapping the edges down lightly with a knife making the lines proper scrapping the excess of with the knife this is actually easier than you think. Then after the first scrapping I start pokeing the line with a #11 blade very dull and I break the very tip of it .After I sand smooth the edges and clean any rough spots. I know everybody has there way , this is mine. About my Email Paul it is panzerstike@comcast.net I havent had any problems that I know of , of people not getting through. Take care happy modeling.

Brian
