If anyone has been wondering why there have not been any contests this year it is because of a few reasons. I haven't had any time to run them, I could not think of any good ones and I was hesitant the start any news ones before TL6 was ready, as it would just be more work to add them to my new TL6 contest system. Since TL6 is taking a much longer time to complete I came up with a great idea for a new contest...
The TL6 Contest

This idea of this contest is pretty simple... it is to coincide with the completion of TL6. It is open to any kind of model applicable to this site, any modeller, any age, etc.
There will be multiple prizes and sponsors. So far I have:
1. Set of "Panzer Wrecks" (vol.1, 2, 3, 4 and 5). This is from me and I will randomly select five modellers from the entries and award one book to each.
2. CyberHobby "Gruppe Fehrmann" Tiger. I got this from DragonUSA, it will be for the "best" German WW2 entry as selected by the Track-Link Admin. Team.
The "Rules"

1. Entry into the contest is automatic, every Model Gallery entry published from now up until the day TL6 is made live will be added to the contest.
2. The model may not have appeared on another site, except personal sites, or Track-Link before June 1, 2008. It must not appear on another site after June 1, 2008.
3. The model does _not_ have to be built specifically for this contest, although it can be.
4. The photographic quality needs to be good, it's been dropping a little lately. Refer to the guide here: http://www.track-link.net/gallery/guide
