Hey Alex..!
Thank you so much for your detailed description. This is fantastic. I will keep all your notes until I am ready to start the build later this year (I am currently in the process of an international move between countries (moving home to the UK after a 2 year contract in China) so I won't be building anything for a few months unfortunately.
Looks like your recommendations and my preliminary ideas are in line, so it is good to know that I am thinking in the right direction. I have all the kits, etch sets etc, so I hope I will manage to produce a decent model out of it all.
Make sure you post yours on this site when you are done..
Thanks again, and thanks to you Roderick for insipiring me..! I have the HKCW Strv 122 conversion in my pile as well. I'm half Swedish, so the Strv 122 is on my "to-do" list as well.
