Shawn,
Sorry for taking so long to respond. I must have missed your reply somehow.
I'm not too versed on all the variants of Soviet artillery. What you are seeming to discribe you would be better off getting the Mini-Art or Italearei/Zveda 7.62 ATG for the towed artillery piece than using the Marder for the gun. The T-26 I'm sure would be an appropriate tractor for the gun since it was used to tow up to the 152mm howitzer.
