Its a nice looking model. You might have built in some errors though.
The AMX/Sherman hybrids weren't built on straight M4A2's. They were funky M4A4/A2 composits. The AMX turret is also a much earlier type than Hellers' and among other detail differences, it lacks the canvas baffle between the top and collar parts. There was a good discusson of the modifications to make this tank on Missing Links a few weeks back.
Still, your model itself is very well done, and I like the color. Its not too dead or dull. |
