Hy Kevin,
maybe you can kitbash one of those 155 cm cannon kits(long tom). 15 or 17 cm does not make such a big difference. or take up contact to new connection. Mr. Fellmuth is a nice guy, maybe he suppurts you and sells you one of his metal barrels extra. it won´t cost you anything to ask, would it?
For the close defense weapon, there is no way past Mr. Schattons Products. Absolutely the best in the game and the cheapest also.

Although the pricelist is pretty old, he said he would update it soon. This guy is busy, the modeling is his hobby, but precision metal parts is his profession.
