Hetzer

DML's Hetzer built mostly from the box. Great little kit. Only added grab handles and some work to the open hatch.

3 tone camo done in Tamiya acrylics, followed by a 'filter' coat using a 90:10 ratio of thinner to oils (sepia), concentrating on the lower half of the vehicle. Weathering done using pastel earthtone chalks.

Care must be taken with removing the tracks from the sprue - I broke a goodly share. Too many, in fact, what you see here are a set of Wespe tracks. Nearly a perfect match. Nearly.
