This is a Tamiya Churchill Mk VII kit, scratch converted into a Churchill ARK II Italian pattern.
It took some digging to find references enough to build this model. I was given some plans on a Churchill ARK I witch gave me a clear enough picture of the hull. And together with photos from the web and materials from books I was able to get enough confidence to start building. The material used is mainly Evergreen, some Eduard PE and spare parts from old kits. This is the first time I’ve ever done a scratch conversion this extensive. The plan is to put this in a dio, a two story high ARK II river crossing with the 25pdr. Sexton passing over it. I owe John Tapsell a big thanks ho gave me the plans and some pictures.
