Sd.Kfz.251/6 Ausf. A

This is one of those vehicles I've always wanted but got tired of waiting. So it became my second attempt at scratch building. A friend of mine got the Ryton press book on Schutzenpanzers and in the back was an amazing collection of scale drawing. No excuses now so off I went. I worked on it off and on for about a year or so stopping whenever I hit A bug (I.E. proper fenders) and would begin again with a fresh attitude. None of the available kits proved up to conversion so with the suspension of the Tamiya "D" I was off like a herd of turtles. Not much else on any of the kits proved very useful except for the muffler and some pioneer tools. You should be able to get an idea of the kit parts I used in the in progress pictures. The floor is Aber sheet cut and scribed to size. Eduard supplied the instrument panel and the treads are ModelKasten.

Let me know what you think and I'd be glad to answer any Questions. I'm pretty happy with the results and now I'm trying to figure out what to do with it.
