Yep, I'm a nut for engineering vehicles. Can't help it.
This model is a full resin kit from Elite Modellbau Germany. The original vehicle is based on the M48 Patton chassis and is currently in use with German forces and has seen action in former Yugoslavia.
Unlike most other engineering equipment this not a vehicle crowded with many detailed parts like tools or so. The top side of the hull is probably lacking some detail but since I do not have many good detailed photographs of the real thing I made the kit as it was.
All painting and very light weathering has been done with Tamiya acrylics.
