These are among the first photos I've taken with a digital camera, so please feel free to advise me on digital photography techniques, and I'd love comments on my dio here. It's nothing earth-shattering: Tamiya Mobelwagen, ICM Luchs, a mix of Tamiya and Warriors figures with a Royal Model figure for fun. Basically, these boys are in the wrong place, the officers are discussing, and the gun crew are waiting.
The flash picks up EVERY highlight there. The uniforms are pretty matt in normal viewing.
The base is an old frame with dirt, coffee grounds, white glue and water forming the groundwork. Sand, white glue and water were used for the road surface. The vehicles are OOB, with a couple of minor figure conversions. All items are brush painted, and weathering was done with pastel chalks and some washes. The Mobelwagen is also drybrushed, my first time using that technique (oils over enamel base coats). It toned down the stark camo nicely.
