M48A3 Patton (Vietnam)

This is the Tamiya 1/35th scale kit of the M48A3 Patton modelled as an american vehicle used in Vietnam. The model was completed in 1995 and built almost straight from the box. Dents were added along the fenders and the front left fender was modified to show more extensive damage. Canvas covers for the main gun and commanders MG cupola were made with Humbrol putty. The crew is mix of modified Verlinden and DML figures. Accessories are from various sources (Verlinden, Tamiya, In-Country Hobbies etc).
