SAS Land Rover

This is an old Tamiya kit, but with a little effort, it is possible to make a pretty good lookin´ model from that. Following photos of the real vehicle downloaded from the Internet, I used the Eduard PE set and some scratch-built parts to detail the interior and exterior: new headlights, rear frame, etc.

For painting I used several shades of ModelMaster "Warm Tint" Skin Tone, because according to pictures I had, it matched better then any pink colour.

Most of the equipment was taken from my spares box, but some bags and tarps are made from aluminium foil and modelling clay.

The construction took a lot of time (more then 2 months), but was very nice and without any big problems.
