M4 Sherman, M4A1 (76) HVSS

Kitbashed from an Academy M51 hull and suspension with Tamiya rear plate and engine deck, Italeri T23 turret and a gun barrel from a Hellcat. All are good kits to start with so the conversion was easier than I thought, the main problem was getting the Italeri turret to fit the Academy hull as the opening was about 3-4mm too small.
All paints were Tamiya acrylics with an oilpaint wash and Humbrol enamels used for drybrushing.
