Dodge WC - 54 Ambulance

This is the Italeri 1/35th Dodge WC - 54 Ambulance kit that I built about a year ago. The construction was fairly straight forward. I built it out of the box and only added a few scratch built parts to detail the interior, including new windows, pedals, ventilation box and the stowage in the rear area. I also modified the interior ceiling because the parts really didn´t fit together. A generous amount of putty had to be used to make the corners rounded as they should be. The model was painted with Humbrol and ModelMaster enamels which I also used for shading and drybrushing. Shades in the white interior were made with a pencil.
