Panther Ausf. A

This is my attempt at a winter scheme; one of my earlier efforts, built pretty much out of the box, with the exception of Tamiya one-piece tracks. I found the Italeri Zimmerit quite acceptable once I sanded it down to paper thinness. I'll leave it up to you as to whether the pattern is accurate. I duplicated the winter scheme by spraying the entire model white and dry-brushing Humbrol dark yellow over high abrasion areas. I then used pastel chalks to accent shadows, rust, etc. I had a lot of fun with the engine, though it doesn't show in this picture. But trust me, it looks good.
