This is a Skif 1:35 kit a purchased a couple of years ago. There was only a limited amount of pictures I could get my hands on via the web so some modifications where made from experience of russian vehicles. The kit is rather good, however, quite a few parts are oversized and some putty will have to be used. I have made some modifications as for example steps on rear side made from annealed copper foil and copper wire, splash guards also made of copper, tie down brackets, holes in track guards (I found out you actually can drill in the soft plastic using the right tools!). As you understand I didn't care to buy the track kit. The tie down slings on the turret was cut off and replaced by home made one. (I have found that paper masking tape is both inexpensive as it gives a rather good end result as it add some texture. I have used Tamiya XF57, -67 and 69 to match the russian woodland scheme. I believe this is rather close to the real thing. I would be happy to receive any colour matching info on the subject.
