The Diamond T has to be one of the best looking military vehicles you can model, with the great art deco lines of the long bonnet and raked wind screen. Real Model have certainly captured the essence of the machine with the kit built here, but it's not without it's problems. I'm not going to list all the corrections and scratch building required, I'll just say that one chassis rail was bigger than the other and leave you to use your imaginations to guess what the rest of it was like.
The Tamiya Churchill is pretty much straight from the box, save for the removal of the post war access panels on the air intakes and the addition of an Eduard detail set. The scene is completed with adapted Resicast figures giving the load a final check before moving off.
Anybody wanting further information can contact me through the forums and I'll be happy to give them a more complete break down of the modifications to the Real Model kit. [View discussion] [Discuss my model]
