Panzer II Ausf. F

This model is Tamiya's old 1/35th scale Panzer II Ausf. F kit. Even though it is outdated compared to todays standards, it remains one of my all time favorite kits. I built it basically stock, with the exception of some minor fender detail, exhaust screen, and added equipment. It was hand painted with Humbrol paints, weathered with oils and pastels. The tank represents one used on the eastern front in 1941. The tank commander figure is from Tamiya. The lone infantryman is from DML. The groundwork is concrete patch filler, painted with oils, then covered with railroad scenery grass.
