Pz. IV Ausf. F/2

This is the old (but very nice) Italeri kit. The F2 was the first version of the Panzer IV to carry a long gun, the 7.5 cm KwK40 L/43. The model represents a tank of the 10th.Panzer Division in Tunis, early 1943 -- just before the German defeat in North Africa. The tanks sports a rudimentary camouflage of dark grey lines over the sand colour. The figure is from Verlinden.
