M-47 early, Spanish Army 1955

Model by Gabi Vaquero

I built this M-47 from the Italeri model kit. All of the fenders are scratch-built from metal beer cans (the best is "Duff" says my friend Homer Simpson) and the rear turret box also. I have used some parts from the Eduard PE and many are scratch-built. The track-links are from AFV Club. It represents an M-47 of "Regimiento de infantería acorazada Alcazar de Toledo 61" (RIAC 61) of the "División Acorazada Brunete nº1".
