This scene depicts an adavnced position on the el Alamein front in 1942. The M13/40 Tank is an Italeri model with Royal Model conversion kit and Friulmodellismo tracks. The figures are from Royal Model and Model Victoria. The ground is made of Styrofoam covered with a mixture of modelling white material, earth, sand, white glue and water. It was then dried with an hair drier to simulate the arid desert ground. Sandbags made with epoxy putty. Other accessories are from Tamiya and Italeri.
