LCM 3, D-Day, Omaha Beach

This is the Italeri LCM 3 built straight from the box. The figures are from Dragon and some are modified Tamiya. My intention was to build a complete diorama depicting the landing of the 29th Infantry Division on Omaha Beach, sector Dog Green. Unfortunately after I saw the dimensions of the model I gave up building the diorama due to lack of sufficient room in my apartament. Sounds familiar? Taking good pictures was very difficult too, due to the length of the model and the reduced depth of field of the lens on my camera. Anyway, I hope you like it.
