M4A3 Sherman, USMC, Pacific Theatre

This is my first Sherman a 1/35th scale Italeri kit. It was built out of box with small amount scratch building and stowage (bags) come from a Tamiya kit. It was painted in Tamiya acrylics as were the washes and dry-brushing. Pastels are used for final finishing. Those weathering techniques were learned from this site and Ospery's books. This is my first use of pastels for weathering and it makes my model more realistic. My next model I will use epoxy putty to make some bags on tank as the bags I used look a bit unreal.
