Keep 'em Separated

This is my DML Challenger 2, depicted as a tank belonging to the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, serving within the KFOR in 2002 -as said in the box art. The title "Keep 'em Separated" is coming from an Offspring song I was listening to, and which I thought that could catch the sense of KFOR's task: keeping the parts separated and stop a stupid waste of human lives. I built it almost straight out of the box (you know, it's a very good kit!) and painted with airbrushed Lifecolor acrylics; the base has been made out of sandpaper for the asphalt and sodium bicarbonate for the snow.... the little trees on the roadside are taken out of slightly modified branches of a lemon tree... what more can I say?
