Baron von Richtofen

This is the 1/12th scale bust of Baron von Richtofen that was included in the DML Fokker Tri-plane kit offered in the 1990s. It is a resin casting sculpted by Mike Good. Detail on the shoulder boards and medals is fantastic. This is the second bust that I finished with the first being given away as an award at a local model competition. Winsor/Newton oil colors were used to finish the model that was completed around 1998. A friend of mine bought the second tri-plane. First tri- plane kit I finished and actually enjoyed building.
