Firefly Ic - RYCERZ1

This is a corrected model of Sherman Ic "Rycerz1" in Polish service (Italian front,1945). DML model is a Vc version with many of the crucial details being incorrect as well. I used Tamiya and DML parts as well as some scratchbuilt bits and pieces. I redid all the weld lines and replaced the grab handles with either wire or fine styrene rod. After I finished building the model (basing it on the Rossagraph book) it was brought to my attention that the actual machine had a "Churchill" commander hatch. This was corrected before I started the painting process. Whole kit was painted with acrylics with weathering done with oils, artist pencils and Mig dry pigments. Decals are from the original DML kit.
