This is a third piece of German soft-skins that I have finished. The whole idea behind the model was that the SS had the best or newest equipment. Thus a motorized gulaschkanone.
The model was finished April 2006. An older Eduard photo-etch set was added to the kit along with various decals from Tamiya accessory decals. The kitchen unit was made by mating the Tamiya horse drawn gulaschkanone with the wheeled unit from a Flakvierling. It was fun painting and assembling all the cargo. Some was scratch-built and several other pieces came from Tamiya, Verlinden, Hudson & Allen and Plus Models. The glue on the bottom of the tires is temporary as the model was white glued to a wooden base for a recent model show. Eventually the Krupp will be placed in a diorama.
