T-55A

This is the Tamiya T-55A (kit #35257), built as a Soviet vehicle with AA MG. It was detailed with an Eduard barrel (no. #34015), Lionroar photo-etched kit (#LE35011) and Friulmodel tracks (ATL-01). It was painted with Tamiya TS-61 (the typ in the spraycan) and then finished with Windsor-Newton oil washes and "Doc O'Brien's Weathering Powders" from Micro-Mark.

This was a fun kit, very nice out of the box. The photo-etched kit, IMHO, isn't really necessary. In fact, I would NOT build the rear fuel tanks out of PE again - it was a real pain, and the kit drums are very nice as is. One detail I didn't include are the feed lines to the hull-mounted aux. tanks - not really sure why I overlooked that.
