This is the Panther Ausf. G (late) "Smart" kit from Dragon.
All in all a very nice kit with all the right parts in it in superb details and quality. It was built stright out of the box and airbrushed with Tamiya acrylics. I know the tracks are hanging a bit high - somehow whe the glue dried it made the track come up. I will try the next days to bring it down again. although ... wouldn't the track come up if the Panther will speed up so it pulls the track up?
