Tiger 1 Late Production

This is the Skybow Kit in 1/48th scale. There is great detail in the kit itself and is something worth building even if you usually build 1/35th scale. The Zimmerit is molded on, something that is a blessing and a curse depending on the condition you would like to display the model. This kit was painted with Tamiya acrylics, weathering was done with oils, MIG pigments, and the Tamiya weathering kits. The tracks are from WWII productions and I can't speak highly enough of these marvelous things. You can have them assembled in about 1/2 hr's time. The markings are for tank #300 of the 505. They are from Hussar Productions and went down very well even over the zimmerit. The spare tracks are WWII production leftovers but did require some trimming to fit the molded on track holders. This was a fun little project and a nice very nice kit overall.
