Kubelwagen, Outside of Moscow

This is the Hasegawa 1/24th scale Kubelwagen on a sunken road base. The snow is "Freshly Fallen Snow" by Delta. It's inexpensive and very easy to work with. The driver was modified by adding an overcoat from putty. The whitewash was done by masking areas of the dark gray with hair gel, then scrubbing it off. The kit was built without many extra details except for adding some folds to the top and the tie down buckles and straps.
