LAV III

I decided to jump into a project I've been wanting to do since the Stryker kit came out. The LAV III. I decided to use the Trumpeter kit instead of waiting for the AFV Club version. I decided it would be better since the kit had inaccuracies I wouldn't pull the hairs outta my hair knowing I was going to cut into it. I will use the AFV Club kit to build the other variants, if they are not offered anytime soon. So for now, I will content myself with the LAV III, which as been on my list of things to do for this year. The conversion is a lot harder than I had expected. Just looking at the vehicle from afar you would thing there won't be much to change or add. Well, think again. There are quite many small differences, I keep finding more and more. There's been a lot of cursing from my part but when I look at the results so far, it seems it was worth it. So here are some shots of the complete build.
