Challenger 1

The kit used is Tamiya #35154 and completed "Out Of The Box". Tamiya paints were used on the model. Extensive fading of the paint was done with different shades of Tamiya XF-59, and professional artist pastels. I thinned that paints with 70% Isopropyl alcohol, with a ratio of about 75% paint 25% alcohol.

This model has won 4 Out of The Box awards at different North Eastern USA IPMS contests from 1998 to 1999, two 1st place finishes in Post 1945 armor, and one 1st place in modern armor.
