BS-3

The BS-3 is the ICM kit which builds very well. I had no fit issues and the kit is engineered more like a Tamiya kit. The wheels are from Hussar as are the shell casings. The emplacement is the ceramic kind from Verlinden painted with oils. The groundwork is dirt from the curb in front of my house and the foliage is from a craft store. A friend of mine (John Frazier) was kind enough to turn a new barrel of aluminum. This made life much easier. The figure is from Nemrod and he is admiring the artillery piece while he stands clear of the 'Minen!' sign which is made from Starbucks coffee stix. I painted the BS 3 with testors enamels and weathered everything with oil washes over automotive clear as a barrier.
