BTR-70 Ambulance (Ukrainian), Bosnia

This is the DML BTR-70 with SP Designs' conversion to a Ukrainian Ambulance derivative. Simple replacement of turret and side hull access doors. It was painted up as a vehicle in IFOR service in Bosnia. This was my first attempt at a weather worn white wash scheme. The paint is Model Master Dark Green with rubber cement added and then an overcoat of Moel Master Camoflauge Gray. The weathering was done primarily with pastels. The tires are the kit version, which were painted and then rubber by hand to get the correct amount of dirt removed.
