M-113A1

This model was kit-bashed from the old Tamiya M-113 (hull and roadwheels) and Academy M-113A2 (roof, tracks and overall minor details). Also used an Eduard Zoom PE set for grills, some scratch and kitbashed items. All the markings were home made using Testors paper on a inkjet printer.

The paintong was done with Tamiya Acrylics for the overall color and Vallejo and Citadel Acrylics for detail work. Weathering was applied using Tamiya Weathering Stick, Mig Pigments and oils. It represents a Chilean vehicle as used in early 1970s.
