The model was painted suing Tamiya and Vallejo colors. I used filters that ranged in the sand and earth colors, as well as oil washes using Van Dyke Brown and Sepia inks. The ground work was done using plaster with sand, and painted in browns and washed with oils and dry brushed with Humbrol colors. After everything was dry, several coats of Future were applied to get that wet mud look. The water was made using clear resin, pigmented with Tamiya green and blue clear colors. And then dry brushed with white for the areas were the water moves that most. The stones are cast made from Plaster, and the vegetation is from the forest behind my house. The figures were painted using Vallejo colors for the clothing and oils for the skin tones. [View discussion] [Discuss my model]
